To ensure wedding couples have access to the most popular dates, both our Reception Celebration Package and Sunday Celebration Package are available within 90 days of the event date, provided the date remains available.

Can I book a graduation party or reception celebration more than 90 days in advance?
No. Adler Ranch is first and foremost a wedding venue, and our Friday, Saturday, and Sunday dates are reserved for wedding bookings whenever possible.
To preserve availability for wedding couples, Reception Celebration Packages and Sunday Celebration Packages become available within 90 days of the event date if the date remains unbooked.
If your preferred date is available within that timeframe, we'd be happy to discuss your event.
How many guests can attend a Reception Celebration or Graduation Party?
Unlike a traditional wedding reception, Reception Celebrations and Celebration Events are designed as open-house style gatherings where guests arrive and depart throughout the event.
Because guests are not seated for a formal meal and attendance is spread throughout the day, these events can often accommodate larger invitation lists than a traditional seated event.
Ten tables and eighty chairs are included with the venue setup. Additional seating may be available depending on the event layout and venue schedule.
Can we serve a full meal during a Reception Celebration?
No. Reception Celebrations are designed as casual, open-house style events rather than traditional wedding receptions.
Formal seated dinners, assigned seating, and full buffet meals are not permitted under this package.
Instead, we encourage appetizer-style service, charcuterie displays, grazing tables, desserts, hors d'oeuvres, and other casual food options that allow guests to mingle and enjoy the event at their own pace.
All catering must be selected from Adler Ranch's approved caterer list, and bar service is provided exclusively by The Depot Smokehouse & Tavern.
