Even when we live on-site, opening early isn’t as simple as unlocking a door. Early access means bringing in staff ahead of schedule, adjusting the day’s timeline, powering up the venue sooner, maintaining climate control, refreshing restrooms, and making sure everything is set, clean, and guest-ready—again. These details matter. They affect how smoothly the day goes, how prepared we are for your arrival, and how much energy our team can give you at every turn.
We once visited a newer venue where the owner kindly shared that they offer early access by “just opening the door” whenever couples want to come in.
